Bush Capital Cleaning is a one-person cleaning business in Canberra. This policy explains what I collect about you, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. "I" and "me" mean Bush Capital Cleaning.

What I collect

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your suburb and home details, such as home type, bedrooms and bathrooms
• Your address and any access details, such as a key, lockbox or door code, once you book
• Anything else you tell me, such as pets, preferred products or your move-out date
• Payment records, such as what you paid and when

How I collect it

You give it to me when you fill in the quote form, call, text, email or message me, or when I'm at your home. The quote form doesn't store your answers on this website. It opens your own email app with your request written out, and nothing reaches me until you press send.

Why I use it

• To answer your enquiry and give you a quote
• To book, carry out and follow up your cleans
• To take payment and keep business and tax records
• To track your time on a plan for the 6-month reward

I won't send you marketing unless you've said that's OK, and I won't sell your information.

Who can see it

I only share your information when I need to:

• Services I use to run the business, such as my email provider (Google), phone provider and bank. Some of these may store information outside Australia.
• An accountant or the Australian Taxation Office, for tax records
• Anyone else the law requires me to share it with

Keys, codes and photos

Keys are labelled with a code, never your address. When a plan ends I'll return your keys and delete your access details. I'll only use photos of your home in my advertising if you've given me permission first.

This website

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads its fonts from Google, so Google receives basic technical details such as your IP address. The website host may also keep standard logs.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only for as long as I need it. Tax and payment records are generally kept for 5 years, as the Australian Taxation Office requires.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your information

You can ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it. I'll help unless the law requires me to keep it, such as tax records.
