Terms

These terms apply when you book a clean with Bush Capital Cleaning, a one-person cleaning business in Canberra. "I" and "me" mean Bush Capital Cleaning, and "you" means the person booking.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Quotes and prices
- Plan prices are for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. I'll confirm the price for bigger homes before the first clean.
- End-of-lease cleans are quoted individually.
- One-off cleans are charged by the hour.
- Quotes rely on what you tell me about your home. If it's very different when I arrive, I'll talk to you about the price before going ahead.
Regular cleaning plans
- Plans are paid monthly, by bank transfer, PayID or cash.
- Your plan keeps going each month until you stop it.
- To stop your plan, call, text or email me before your next monthly payment.
- If I need to change your plan price, I'll tell you before your next monthly payment.
6-month reward
For every 6 monthly payments in a row on any plan, you can choose one free extra:
- A clean of one oven
- An interior clean of 2 large windows of your choice
- Your plan must still be active when the extra is done, and I'll add it to one of your regular cleans.
- You earn one extra for each 6 months. If you stop your plan and come back later, the count starts again.
- The reward doesn't apply to one-off or end-of-lease cleans.
- It can't be swapped for cash or passed to someone else.
- If I end this offer, I'll still honour any reward you've already earned.
Rescheduling
If you need to move a clean, please let me know as early as you can. I'll do the same if I need to change a time.
Access and safety
- Please make sure I can get in at the agreed time, and that power and water are on.
- Let me know about pets, alarms or anything fragile or valuable.
- I can stop or skip work if a job isn't safe, and I'll tell you if that happens.
If you're not happy
Tell me within 24 hours and I'll come back and redo that area for free.
End-of-lease cleans
I clean to the ACT condition report. If your agent flags anything I've cleaned, I'll return within 72 hours to fix it at no cost. Your agent or landlord decides on your bond, and they can raise issues that have nothing to do with cleaning, so I can't promise the outcome.
Damage or missing items
If something is damaged or goes missing, please tell me as soon as you can so I can look into it and work out a fair fix with you.
